BenQ Screenbar Plus Review

BenQ Screenbar Plus Review (Video): https://youtu.be/qk87ET5bXiw

Alright so this Review is all about the BenQ Screenbar Plus and yes this lamp is actually really good. And exactly thats why we need to talk about this product.

Just a quick disclaimer here: This product was sent to me by BenQ so I can check it out and make a Review about it to show you if it is good or not. So thank you BenQ but now let’s talk about the ScreenBar Plus a little bit.

Whats in the box:

In the box of the ScreenBar Plus you can find some basic parts:

First in the box you can find the counterweight. This allows you to mount the lamp to your monitor and of course it holds the Screenbar in place. I need to say that I really like the overall design because you don’t need to actually mount it to something you simply add it to your setup. So well done.

Next there is a control unit that gives you full control to adjust the brightness of the lamp and the color temperature which is a really nice feature.

And last but not least of course the Screenbar Plus itself is included in the box too.

Setup:

To setup the Screenbar Plus you simply need to clip the lamp to the counterweight first and then attach the control unit to it. This is really easy to do and right after that you can add it directly to your setup.

The last step is to connect the USB cable to your computer because the Screenbar Plus is powered via USB and right after that the Screenbar Plus is ready to use.

So all in all I need to say that it is actually a really nice addition for your Setup.

What you need to do next is to simply use the control unit to set up everything else. By simply pressing the large wheel in the middle you can switch on the light and you can adjust the brightness by simply turning that wheel.

If you press the button on the other side you can adjust the color temperature. That is really nice because sometimes I like to work in a warm light setting and sometimes I want to have a cold bluish/white light.

The sensor on top of the control unit can actually set up the light for you (based on the overall brightness of your room) if you have selected the button on the left here.

Conclusion
All in all I just need to say that I really like the overall product. It is super simple to use, you actually don’t have to do that much to set it up and it actually makes it easier to work in the evening or at night.

So if you are looking for a such an LED Lamp maybe check out the BenQ ScreenBar Plus.
